The newly established operating trust will manage the £31m redevelopment of five large-scale listed buildings in the Royal Arsenal to create a landmark destination for the arts in Royal Greenwich when it opens in 2020. The complex will accommodate an ambitious combination of performance and rehearsal venues, dance studios, exhibition areas, event spaces, workshops, and community spaces, supported by back-of-house functions and public facilities.  Szerelmey has awarded Blou a brickwork contact to repair and refurbish the existing Façade.
