Set across seven floors, 73 Grosvenor Street, offers over 37,500 sq ft of premium office space, five outdoor terraces, and a beautiful central staircase. Work comprised a new roof, new windows,  full refurbishment of existing windows; internal joinery such as doors, skirting, and the like.
