Blou worked on behalf of ISG at Dixon House in a project to demolish part of the building, which is Grade II listed, and upgrade & subsequently transform the property to deliver 60,000 square feet of contemporary open plan office accommodation.

The extent of Blou’s contributions included but were not limited to the supply and install of the following:

• European Oak doorsets, veneered panelling, back painted glass cladding & feature mirror to 30 superloo toilets.
• White factory finished doorsets to all office and core areas.
• Aluminium fretted feature wall panelling & European Oak wall panelling to reception.
• Feature reception desk.

Fixtures, fittings & joinery to front and back of house areas.
