Located just across the road from the Tea Building, Shoreditch Village Phase II celebrates the industrial heritage of the area through the creation of a new type of warehouse for Shoreditch. Conceived around generous volumes and legibility of making – from its steel exoskeleton to the finishes within – the project creates two new flexible office and retail buildings with a glazed connection.

Blou’s skills will be required on the  Grade II listed Georgian townhouse; as part of this project is to restore this building to its former glory, enabling this to be retained for future generations to come. Timber box sash windows, Timber flooring, and Timber doors will all be implemented by Blou in this quarter of a million-pound undertaking.
