The Project Is a planned new cultural hub worth 13 million based in Tunbridge wells. It will incorporate a museum and art gallery, library and  Adult Education Centre – will be named after the town’s famous and formidable suffrage campaigner Amelia Scott.

The work package awarded by Willmott Dixon comprises a new roof, furniture, doors, and Joinery.
