Blou has been awarded two prestigious contracts, the first is a £1.05 million joinery contract at Richmond upon Thames College for a new campus building. Blou will be carrying out new door sets and ironmongery, 1400m² of acoustic timber panelling and oak handrails to a four-storey atrium, studio sports floors, skirting, and FFE (furniture, fixtures and equipment).
Work is due to commence in April for completion in December.
The second is the redevelopment of Richmond Magistrates’ Court into the Headquarters of a major drinks group. The work comprises the CAT A and CAT B fit out packages including extensive joinery units, concrete and oak wall panelling, doors and ironmongery, with a value of £850k, commencing in May for completion in October.
